Terms of use

miratempo offers a paid subscription for access to the specialist dashboard. The web subscription is processed by mono in UAH; app subscriptions are processed by the App Store (iOS) and Google Play (Android). Session payments between the specialist and the client stay direct and do not go through miratempo.

1. Acceptance of terms

By using miratempo.com, app.miratempo.com, or the miratempo mobile app, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Account and email confirmation

You are responsible for data accuracy, access to your email and password security. Email must be confirmed before you access the specialist dashboard, client booking history, or additional role activation. Do not register an email that does not belong to you, and do not share your guest access codes with other people.

3. Service access and subscription

Access to the specialist dashboard is granted with an active miratempo subscription or an active trial. Individual features may change or be improved. We try to keep the service stable, but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of every function.

The price, trial length, payment method, automatic renewal, cancellation and refund rules are described in the "miratempo subscriptions" section below and shown before the first charge.

4. Fair use

Features for bookings, clients, reminders, profiles and referrals are intended for ordinary work use by an independent specialist. You may not use the service for spam, artificial registrations, automated scraping, bypassing technical restrictions, load that harms other users, or actions that violate the law or other people's rights.

We may limit, suspend or terminate access to the Service, referral attribution or future discounts if we see fraud, technical abuse, violation of these Terms, or a security risk to the service, users, or third parties.

5. Roles of the specialist and the client

Specialists are independently responsible for the content of the profile, description of services, prices, rules of cooperation, qualifications, legality of their own practice, communication with clients, and links to meetings. Clients are responsible for the accuracy of contact data, timely use of links and access codes, and fulfilling agreements with the specialist.

miratempo helps you organize your schedule, notes, reminders, profiles and payment statuses. miratempo is not a party to consultations, training sessions, therapy or other services between the specialist and the client, does not verify the content of each consultation and does not guarantee the result of a professional service.

miratempo is not medical, psychological, educational or emergency service. The specialist independently determines whether they can legally provide their services to a specific client, in a specific jurisdiction and under specific circumstances.

6. Payments between the specialist and the client

miratempo can show the cost of individual sessions and packages, currency, payment status and details for direct payment to the specialist. Such calculations take place directly between the specialist and the client. miratempo does not accept, hold, or transfer these funds.

The payment status in miratempo is a working mark for the specialist and the client. It is not a bank confirmation of payment, a tax document or a guarantee of service performance.

7. miratempo subscriptions

A new website trial starts after email verification and lasts 30 days. It does not require a card, and there is no automatic charge when it ends. Workspace access then pauses, while account data is preserved.

After the trial, you decide whether to continue. Before sending you to mono, we disclose the exact first-month amount after any current discounts; the current base price is 490 UAH per month. Confirming the card means you agree to the immediate charge of the displayed amount and start a subscription that then renews monthly at the current price. miratempo does not store the full card number (PAN) or CVV.

Canceling an active paid subscription in account settings stops future charges, and access remains until the end of the already-paid period. No prorated refund for an already-paid period is promised, except where required by law or approved through support or the payment provider's rules.

Right of withdrawal. If you enter into the contract at a distance as a consumer, Ukrainian consumer protection law may give you the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days. By starting a web subscription and using paid access immediately, you consent to the immediate supply of the digital service and acknowledge that the right of withdrawal ends once provision of the service has begun within the paid period. Regardless, you can cancel the subscription at any time to stop future charges, as described above.

In the iOS app, the subscription can be purchased through an App Store in-app purchase at $12.99 per month. Billing, the trial, renewal, cancellation and refunds for those subscriptions are managed by the App Store / Apple Account under Apple's rules, so an iOS subscription must be canceled through the App Store.

In the Android app, the subscription can be purchased through a Google Play in-app purchase. Google Play shows the price and trial terms before confirmation. Billing, renewal, cancellation and refunds are managed by Google Play under Google's rules, so an Android subscription must be canceled through Google Play.

A subscription purchased in the app unlocks the same specialist dashboard access as the web subscription, but its management stays with the channel where it was purchased. Monetary referral discounts currently apply only to web subscriptions; referral attribution in the app is tracking only and does not imply an App Store or Google Play discount.

8. Referral program

Specialists can get a personal referral code or link. Codes can be distributed, entered during registration and saved in the account as invitation attribution. Such attribution does not provide cash payments, cashback, bonus balance, or retroactive compensation.

If an invited specialist takes a paid subscription, the referrer receives a 10% discount on their monthly site subscription for each active paid invitation. The total discount is limited to 80% and calculated from the base price of such a subscription, not from an already reduced amount.

The invited user can receive a one-time 20% discount for the first month of a subscription, if such a subscription is available and purchased on the website. Monetary referral-program discounts reduce the price of a subscription purchased on the website, because app store subscriptions cannot be discounted. A referred colleague's paid app subscription still counts toward the referrer's website discount.

The code cannot be applied to your own account, it cannot be changed retroactively, transferred between accounts, or used for artificial registrations. Referral attribution and discounts are not money, are not paid out, sold, or transferred between accounts, and may not apply if the subscription, provider, or payment channel does not support such a discount.

9. Integrations and Notifications

A specialist can independently connect supported integrations, such as Google Calendar and Meet. If the integration is connected, miratempo uses it only for functions that are visible in the product: creating, updating or deleting events, syncing bookings, and creating meeting links. A specialist can disable the integration in the settings.

Service emails, reminders and push notifications can be sent for account confirmation, booking access, schedule changes, security, reminders and work events. Push notifications in the mobile application are turned on only after the specialist takes action in settings.

10. Account deletion

You can delete the account in settings after confirming the current password. If the account has both a client and a professional role, deletion applies to both roles. After deletion, signing in with this account is no longer possible.

Deleting the miratempo account does not cancel an active App Store or Google Play subscription. Such a subscription must be canceled in the store where it was purchased to stop further charges.

11. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Within the limits allowed by law, miratempo is not responsible for arrangements, payment, professional quality or result of services between the specialist and the client.

12. Applicable law

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of Ukraine. If mandatory rules of another jurisdiction necessarily apply to separate relations with the user, they apply only in that part.

Forms and standardized questionnaires

When available, Forms lets a practitioner assign private questions, collect answers, and keep an immutable submitted record. PHQ-9 and GAD-7 use published instrument wording and supported translations. miratempo calculates an unlabelled sum only when all scored items are answered and may show compatible earlier totals to the practitioner. It does not provide a diagnosis, severity classification, treatment recommendation, triage, or emergency monitoring. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before making medical decisions.

The practitioner selects recipients and is responsible for lawful use, suitable instruments and language, professional competence, the purposes of processing, an applicable legal basis and health-data condition, required consent, and retention. This includes assessing age, capacity, and representative consent for minors where applicable. Choosing a policy setting or opting in does not certify legal eligibility or clinical suitability. Clients may skip standardized questions; missing scored answers prevent calculation. Custom forms may contain questions marked required for submission.

Do not use Forms for urgent assistance or rely on prompt review. If you are in immediate danger, contact emergency services: 112 in Ukraine and the EU, or the local emergency number elsewhere. Disabling standardized questionnaires prevents new assignments and hides totals; existing assignments can still be completed and their encrypted results retained under the recorded policy. Existing records and data-request rights continue.

For practice records processed on the practitioner’s behalf, these terms constitute documented instructions to store, transmit to authorized recipients, calculate the described totals, and erase records for the duration of service and applicable retention. Processing concerns clients or guests, their contact details, answers (potentially health data), calculations, and access/consent metadata. miratempo processes these records only on documented instructions, including for international transfers, unless applicable law requires otherwise, and informs the practitioner of a legal requirement where permitted.

miratempo requires authorized personnel to maintain confidentiality, applies the security measures described in the Privacy Policy, and assists the practitioner with data-subject requests, security incidents, impact assessments, and applicable consultation duties. It notifies the practitioner of a personal-data breach without undue delay after becoming aware of it, provides information necessary to demonstrate these processing obligations, supports legally required audits, and informs the practitioner if an instruction appears to infringe applicable data-protection law.

The practitioner authorizes the technical subprocessors identified in the Privacy Policy for their stated functions. miratempo imposes equivalent data-protection obligations and remains responsible for their processing obligations. It informs practitioners of intended additions or replacements and gives them an opportunity to object before the change affects their records. On termination, practice data is returned or deleted at the practitioner’s choice, with existing copies deleted unless law requires retention.
